For ca. 30 cones:
- 1Kg of flour
- 500g of butter
- 500g of brown sugar
- 10 eggs
- 1/2L of milk
- 200g of glucose (or maple syrup)
- aroma (optional)
Prepare the waffle batter one day before: Make the butter melt in a saucepan. In a bowl, pour the flour. By mixing, add the eggs, sugar, the melted butter, glucose, salt and aroma.
