- simply connect the device and select the energy meter.

- The control box and the enameled plate are fully removable. Lava stones are porous and they absorb fat. They must be cleaned every ten uses. Just let the grill heat up empty for 15 minutes to burn the accumulated fat. It is also possible to collect the stones in a net and to clean them in the dishwasher.
