The BILIG 400 cast-iron crepe maker from Brittany is a traditional crepe maker. It is a cast iron plate with a diameter of 40 cm. This electric crepe maker fully respects the traditional way of cooking crepes, i.e. making golden crepes on a hot plate that has been seasoned beforehand. 
 
The cast iron has a strong inertia power. It acquires a natural non-stick quality thanks to a good seasoning before use. This smooth, non-stick property is then improved over the cooking by simply using a grease pad each time.
 
The thermostat setting of 220°C or 240°C allows you to adjust the cooking temperature to obtain golden, fluffy and soft crepes
 
This professional electric crepe maker BILIG 400 is compact and can be easily transported thanks to its small size. It is particularly appreciated by restaurants offering traditional cuisine and by associations for take-away pancakes.
 

The electric crepe maker BILIG 400 gives a perfectly homogeneous cooking without heat loss.

The Incoloy spiral heating element is integrated into the cast-iron disc. A double-skinned counter plate ensures that the temperature is maintained over the entire cooking surface without heat loss. The thermostatically controlled cooking process is therefore particularly precise and even.

The cast iron plate only needs to be lightly greased between each cooking to obtain a light and well-browned crepe, perfectly honeycombed, without caramelisation or glazing.
