The static cold is + 1 ° C / + 5 ° C on the 8 Gastronorm containers. The cold is uniformly spread over the whole surface of the tank. The temperature is regulated by electronic thermostat.
This refrigerated counter display is easy to clean. The plexi rear doors are sliding and the curved front window is liftable. The 8 pieces of 1/3GN trays are fully removable.
