The ventilated oven FCV 280 is a vertical oven with a capacity of 28L. Thanks to its thermo-fan and its precision, this very compact oven is particularly appreciated for low-temperature cooking and for the cooking of frozen pre-cooked products.
Description

The temperature rise of the electric oven FCV 280 is very fast: 270 ° C in 7 minutes!

The ventilating heat allows an even cooking of several similar dishes simultaneously. This function is also used to defrost or to reheat dishes with a gentle and homogeneous air flow.

This professional oven can cook or reheat without drying, “Viennoiseries” (croissants, chocolate buns rolls, brioches), pastries (tartlets, cookies ...), ready-made dishes (lasagna, baked potatoes ...), snacks (fond, rolled, pizzas, quiches ...) fresh, frozen or pre-cooked.

This ventilated oven is particularly recommended for the cooking of frozen pre-cooked products:

- frozen croissants in 16 minutes at 180 ° C

- frozen bread rolls in 18 minutes at 220 ° C

- fresh raised chocolate buns in 16 minutes at 200 ° C

Its double-glazed vertical door makes it a very compact and professional oven ideal for small kiosks or outlets.
