Description
The panoramic ventilated heated display allows you to store and keep warm chickens, game, roasted pieces or any other preparation.
The halogen lamp concentrates more heat on the products and highlights them through the 4 glass walls.
This heating cabinet is also used as a base and support for the electric rotisserie with swings RBE 25. Mounted on wheels, this complete unit can be installed outdoors at the entrance to the butcher's or delicatessen. The enticing smell of cooking and the rotating baskets attract consumers and meat lovers!
The ventilated warmer RE 2 is delivered with 10 display grids.
For easy cleaning, the grids and side scales are removable and machine washable. It can also be fitted with GN 1/1 trays.
