The mini-oven MR 260 is a 26L oven which is as efficient as the 34L ovens.
Description

Thanks to its heating technology, the temperature in this stainless steel oven rises very quickly: 250 ° C in 5 minutes!

The natural convection oven with infrared quartz technology is equipped with an infrared grill on the top and with an armoured heating element on the bottom.

Natural convection is a classic cooking technology. At the bottom, the air is heated by an armoured heating element. This air flows upwards by convection. This hot air gives its heat to the food through the walls and the vault of the oven.

The infrared quartz is an Alferon heating element in a siliquartz tube. It allows to cook by harmless and invisible radiation (1050 ° C) without preheating and without smoke.

The combination of these 2 technologies makes it an oven for various cooking. It makes it possible to roast poultry on a spit, to grill or cook meats, fish, vegetables, cakes, to glaze pastries, to brown pizzas, lasagna and other gratins.
